At Redhepts, we value your satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

  • You can request a return only if the product is damaged during delivery.
  • You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the order by contacting us at [your email/contact].

Eligibility

  • Send a photo/video of the damaged item with your order ID.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed if the product is already shipped.
